Woo hoo - A brand new family member...

'M' sweetie arrived in this world on Friday and I can't wait to see him when his parents bring him home.

This weekend has been quite productive - brushed up on my Espanol, finished my last batch of homemade ginger ale. tried a new egg-free cookie recipe (with delish results), unpacked 17 boxes, chased after a mondo fly (maybe it moved into my home to escape the cold), canceled cable, pruned a dwarf pomegranate, cleaned out the backpack that had a close encounter with poison ivy, talked to friends, family and read a book! Whew - am ready for another glorious weekend!

And I thought....

I really should be more prolific than this! Color me surprised:)

Lots of thoughts - not a whole lot that I want to discuss in public.
Lots of recent events - one wonders if things will settle....... ever......

On that note, I should bid adieu :)

But something keeps drawing me back to this blog
